Billing & Pricing

Billing & Pricing

TestDino uses a flexible, subscription-based billing model for all types of customers. Plans can be upgraded or switched as requirements change.

Pricing Components

Plans are determined by two primary inputs: test executions and users.

1. Test Executions

A test execution is one test case run produced by the CI pipeline or local executions (optional), including retries and artifacts. Monthly allowances are measured in executions, and usage is visible per organization and per project.

2. Users

A user is any member with project access in the organization. Their assigned roles control who can view data, manage settings, and integrate tools.

Subscription Types

Monthly Subscriptions

Billed each month on the renewal date. Usage resets on the organization’s usage cycle, and overage, if applicable, is billed in the next invoice.

Monthly Subscriptions

Annual Subscriptions

Prepaid for twelve months. Usage still resets on the standard usage cycle. Annual terms provide cost stability and simplify procurement.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise subscriptions support custom limits, data-retention terms, and security options, including SSO, dedicated support, and on-premises deployment.

Commercial terms and SLAs are tailored to the organization’s compliance needs.

Billing cycle vs usage cycle

  • Usage cycle resets monthly on the organization’s reset date.

  • The billing cycle is either monthly or annual, depending on the subscription.

Manage Billing Actions

To change the plan, open the Manage Billing tab, then click on View All Plans to choose whether to upgrade or downgrade at any time.

How does cancelling a subscription work?

  • Access continues until the current billing period ends.

  • No future charges after cancellation.

  • The organization moves to the Community plan automatically.

  • Data retention reduces to Community limits.

Invoices

The Invoices page centralizes billing records for an organization. View and download payment invoices for accounting and audits.

  • Each invoice is listed with ID, customer details, payment ID, amount, status, date, and quick actions.

  • Teams can filter by status and time range, search by invoice ID, name, or email, and sync to pull the latest records from the billing provider.

  • Actions allow viewing the hosted invoice, downloading a PDF copy, or copying a secure link when available.
